Acceptable Use Policy

This document has been prepared to comprehensively present all legal and regulatory matters related to the website, the products, and the services provided.

Throughout these texts, the terms “bozdev.com”, “the site”, “this website”, “Boz”, “Bozdev”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the same entity and will hereafter be collectively referred to as (Boz). (Boz) represents the overarching entity that encompasses the website, the brand, and all associated content and rights.

References to “Customer”, “Client”, “User”, “you”, or “your” collectively refer to any individual or entity accessing, using, or interacting with the website or its related services.

This document may serve as a standalone policy or as a subcomponent of other legal documents published by (Boz), including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Acceptable Use Policy. By using the website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all applicable documents in their entirety.

Unless otherwise stated, any updates, modifications, or revisions to this document shall take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers, clients, and their users (“Customer” or “you”) in connection with all websites, products, services, and content provided by (Boz) and its affiliates. Capitalized terms used below but not defined in this Policy have the meaning set forth in the applicable agreements between you and (Boz) governing the provision of (Boz)’s websites, products, and services (“Agreement”). By accessing or using our websites, products, or services, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

A customer’s violation of this Policy will be considered a material breach of the Agreement. If (Boz) reasonably believes a customer or its users are violating this Policy, (Boz) may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our websites, products, or services immediately upon notice to you, unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement. (Boz) may change this Policy by posting an updated version at legal information, and such updates will be effective upon posting, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Agreement.

Customers may not use a service, nor allow its users or any third party to use a service for the following:

1. For any unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to:
   • Fraud, deceptive practices, or other scams;
   • Impersonation, phishing, or misrepresenting authorization to act on behalf of others or (Boz);
   • The selling of illegal goods or services;
   • Hate speech;
   • Sharing or threatening to share nonconsensual intimate imagery, including the use of synthetic media or deepfakes;
2. To violate the rights of others, including harassment or infringing or misappropriating intellectual property;
3. To threaten, promote, or enable violence, terrorism, or other serious harm;
4. For any content or activity that promotes or enables child sexual exploitation or abuse;
5. To enable the sending or creation of unsolicited mass messages—also known as spam, clickbait, or clickfraud;
6. To create an undue burden on (Boz)’s websites, infrastructure, or connected networks or services;
7. To scrape, proxy, act as a VPN, or host media for hot-linking;
8. To engage in any name-squatting behavior within (Boz)-related namespaces or attempt to resell, barter, trade, or inactively hold namespace entities for future use;
9. To rent, lease, loan, or sell access to, or otherwise attempt to transfer or make the services available to any third party;
10. Producing multiple accounts on (Boz) or circumventing any rules, limits, or rate-limited features imposed by (Boz)’s usage guidelines;
11. Undermining the security or integrity of computing systems or networks of (Boz), its partners, or any other person, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems;
12. Using automation to interact with (Boz)’s website for unintended purposes such as creating multiple accounts, running automated searches, submitting requests or queries, or extracting content or data from the site;
13. To use any product, template, or digital asset provided by (Boz) outside the scope of its valid license, including sharing, sublicensing, redistributing, reselling, or using it on unlicensed domains or projects;
14. To reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, design, or structure of any (Boz) product, service, or component;
15. To use (Boz)’s brand, name, logo, or any identifying marks in a manner that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership without prior written consent;
16. To resell, lease, or offer (Boz)’s services, hosting, or related infrastructure as part of another service or package without authorization;
17. To abuse, harass, or threaten (Boz)’s staff or representatives through support channels, including excessive, irrelevant, or offensive communications;
18. To access, collect, or distribute data, files, or information belonging to other customers or (Boz) without proper authorization;
19. To apply or transfer licenses to unauthorized domains or projects, or to claim ownership of digital assets created or distributed by (Boz);
20. To fail to provide payment for products or services purchased under a specified price or subscription plan, or to intentionally avoid, dispute, or reverse valid charges without legitimate cause;

Additionally, customers using the products or services, or any third party acting on their behalf, may disclose benchmark test results publicly, provided that such results include all necessary information for others to reproduce the tests.

The following provisions explain, without limitation, the responsibilities and limitations related to the use of (Boz)’s websites, products, and services:

• (Boz) is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of this Policy or misuse of our websites, products, or services.
• You acknowledge that all access and use of (Boz)’s websites, products, and services is at your own risk.
• (Boz) makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the websites, products, or services.
• In no event shall (Boz) be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Users remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and agreements, and for any consequences arising from their actions.

These limitations of liability are not exhaustive. All other disclaimers and limitations set forth in previous or related policies also apply, and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, any conflicting provision in this section shall prevail only as specified here.
